Poor customer service I took my car for an oil change and replacement of key fob. The service agent waited until the oil change was completed to send me to parts for the ke I took my car for an oil change and replacement of key fob. The service agent waited until the oil change was completed to send me to parts for the keyfob. Then. She told me that they wouldn't have time to program the keyfob. There was more than 1 hour until closing. She was rude, used time poorly. She refused to make a follow up appointment and the service parts manager was surprised to hear her time estimate. Other representatives have been very nice and helpful. I would never want to be dealing with her again. More
