Another good service visit Took me promptly when I arrived and arranged for a shuttle ride for me. Called me soon thereafter with diagnosis of problem. I authorized repairs and Took me promptly when I arrived and arranged for a shuttle ride for me. Called me soon thereafter with diagnosis of problem. I authorized repairs and work was completed same day. Another shuttle ride brought me to pick up vehicle where it was washed and ready to go! Very smooth and pleasant experience. Prices are a bit high but I suppose you get what you pay for. Definitely recommend. More

All Around Passion for Great Customer Service/Supprt Clearly a Team with a commitment and strong management/leadership... Did. It purchase my vehicle @ Fox.. however every service, oil change, rotation, etc was simple, pleasant and perfectly accomplished.. Their Service Team (worked w/ most staff) Top Shelve.!! Very knowledgeable and interested in making sure when the customer leaves you leave 100% safisified.. Currently/ Unfortunately I was in an accident and T-Boned.. my vehicle is of course @ Fox.. I must mention during a time of an accident (the other guys faulf) collision and body damage has always been a. If concern of mine, how well will the work be done, reduced value of my once perfect condition vehicle..... Once again the Fox Team is hitting a Homerun! Body Shop Service Agent Justin Jernstad has been simply amazing in his follow up and continuous communications with me. Additionly I had the opportunity to meet the Collision Expert working on my vehicle..(wish I remembered his name as he too was outstanding and truly a passionate expert in his art)) My vehicle is being very well taken care of. There's much more to a Dealership than just buying a vehicle.. and like everything else.. what matters most is what happens after you buy.. A very strong passionate Brand and Team... My Dealer.. Poor service Worst experience, the dealership took more than a month to fix the car and Mike whom I worked with was so unresponsive and didn't care about the delay Worst experience, the dealership took more than a month to fix the car and Mike whom I worked with was so unresponsive and didn't care about the delay. I had a rental car through my insurance which I depleted and so owed $300 to the rental car company all because of this dealership. PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR REPAIRS. More

After several bad experiences with them I decided to start going to Bill Fox Roch Used to take my car to Moran Chevy because it was closer to my home. After several bad experiences with them I decided to start going to Bill Fox Rochester. I've only been there a few times but each time was a good experience. They are fast, efficient and accurate with pricing. Composure I was there to pick up a vehicle from the service shop, while I stood there waiting for Assistance I observed an Older man yelling and using profaniti I was there to pick up a vehicle from the service shop, while I stood there waiting for Assistance I observed an Older man yelling and using profanities to the service Rep at the front desk, from previous work done about a tire and air pressure. The rep however was surprisingly calm and polite and even corrected the issue personally despite the blatant disrespect and anger from the older man. As the service rep went completely out of his way to remedy the situation and left his desk the older man shocked me by using a racial slur directed to the rep and when the rep returned to his desk with paper work it was snatched out of his hand more obscene words followed. Whomever that service rep was I want to commend him for keeping his composure smiling and being polite whether you heard what he said or not that rep was mind blowingly awesome in how he kept his composure and remained professionally and personally classy, More
