I have brought two separate vehicles to K&M for collision repair. They did an excellent job repairing my vehicles both times. You couldn't even tell they were in an accident. They also thoroughly cleaned the vehicle inside and out! They have excellent friendly customer service and do an incredible job in their body shop. They also provided a rental car while my van was being repaired. I highly recommend K&M to anyone looking for quality body shop work! More

I am giving them a negative rating because I do not think anyone should waste their money at this place. I have dealt with both the used sales and service department. I gave them too many chances and finally anyone should waste their money at this place. I have dealt with both the used sales and service department. I gave them too many chances and finally had enough after they got me into legal trouble. Here is a list of horrible incidents I've had to put up with in dealing with this dealership: 1) Purchased a used car, and they immediately tried to charge me $500 to fix shoddy brakes less than a week after purchase. 2) Left me stranded without my car for a weekend when they closed their service department early on a Friday, despite the fact that I called them three times to make sure I would be able to pick up my vehicle within the next 20 minutes. 3) When I took my car in for service, one of the mechanics removed a keycard from my keys, damaged it, and threw it out. After demanding that they find or replace it, the manager accused me of lying and trying to rob them of $25 (after I just spent over 15k on a car). We quickly discovered the mechanic was at fault when they found my keycard in an employee trashbin. My friend took footage of the entire ordeal with her cellphone. The customer service manager tried to defend the mechanic, and never apologised for accusing me of lying. 4) Charged me over $100 to fix a broken gas cap. 5) Dealer blatantly lied about about the legal condition of the car he sold me. I was pulled over and ticketed because they sold me a car that was not up to the standards of Michigan law. I had to spam them with calls in order to get a response. It ended up taking much longer to fix than the timeframe they gave me. I would never recommend that anyone frequent their company again. It is always a hassle trying to get them to do anything efficiently or honestly. More

avoid this dealership at all costs they use a avoid this dealership at all costs they use a "documentation fee" which they said was for the state but it was not it was to pad their bottom line avoid this dealership at all costs they use a "documentation fee" which they said was for the state but it was not it was to pad their bottom line and worst of all they lied to me about it when I questioned them on it I called the sec of state to ask about it and they knew nothing about a "documentation fee" of $190 its just a screw job by K & M I am embarassed that I didnt just walk out but my daughter wanted the car pretty bad so i sucked it up but never again More
