I am from out of town and took my daughter's 13-year old Accord for service. As a newcomer to the dealership and service department I was treated like an old and valued friend. I was in the Middle East when I first contacted Tony via email. He quickly responded to my initial inquiry and continued to do so every time after that. I was corresponding with two different dealerships at email. He quickly responded to my initial inquiry and continued to do so every time after that. I was corresponding with two different dealerships at the same time, but Tony won the sale because he was available, responsive and persistent. The other dealership responded only twice and gave me generic answers both times. Most of the transaction was done via the internet and phone. I told Tony when I'd be home, and the care was on the lot and ready when I arrived home. The process was simple and only took about an hour to complete. I really appreciate the great job that Tony did and the helpfulness that he provided for me. Great job! More
