Tire change and oil service I’ve always came here for any service that I’ve needed done to my car since I purchased it here, the customer service is always top notch. Today when I’ve always came here for any service that I’ve needed done to my car since I purchased it here, the customer service is always top notch. Today when I came in for my appointment I had a mix up with what tires I wanted vs what was ordered and installed on my car, last week when I called in I specifically asked for Hankook Optimo tires for my car so I would have a 60,000 mile warranty, instead when I arrived they didn’t know which tire I ordered and wasn’t sure if my tires were even ordered. After I finished my paperwork and arrived to my car I noticed that the dealership installed Nexen tires instead of what I wanted, they charged me for the Nexen as well, but I failed to notice when I looked at the paperwork. Besides this one mix up, I’ve had good service every other time. More

Customer service experience My experience with tyrese was awsome. He was extremely helpful and kind. He acted like he cared about the things I needed and the things I wanted. We were able to find both in a vehicle that was just right for me. However, 2 weeks after I got my car, the engine light had turned on. I called the service department and they seemed less than pleased to try to help me. He told me I better know that I will wait at least 2-3 hours before they’ll look at my car. The customer experience was just overwhelmingly rude. When I was dealing with finance, she wouldn’t listen to what I was able to afford and was pulling out vehicles that was a much higher cost than what I could’ve gotten or been able to afford. I was overwhelmed at how disrespectful it was for not listening to what I needed. Tyrese was great and I had never actually bought a car from a dealership before So he was great in explaining everything and making sure I knew how everything operated before I left. In the end, some of my experiences were great and some not so great. I’ve only had my vehicle now for a little over 2 weeks, The check engine light is on and I’m not sure I would choose summit place kia again. I pray that trading in my family car for a kia was the right thing to do. It’s been 2 weeks and I’m already having issues. More
