Based on Mike's input, we decided on leasing a new Kia Sportage. During this entire process, Mike was very professional, courteous and helpful in answering everyone of our many questions. After our Kia had been washed/prepped, Mike then took a great deal of time in explaining each of the features of the Kia Sportage to my daughter. She drove of the dealership that day, very confident on how to have the best experience in driving her new Kia. Excellent Customer Care! We recently went to Summit Kia for two reasons. First, we had to have our car serviced after it died on us. We found out that our entire engine would We recently went to Summit Kia for two reasons. First, we had to have our car serviced after it died on us. We found out that our entire engine would have to be replaced, which was going to cost an arm and a leg, and it just wasn't worth doing because of how old our car was. So we decided to go with getting a new to us vehicle from Summit Kia. We settled on a 2014 Kia Soul, and we are beyond satisfied with our choice. Our credit wasn't the best, but the people at Summit Place went above and beyond to get us into our new vehicle. Melvin definitely took very good care of us there, and we definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a new or used vehicle! More
