Mike Burke and the staff at summit place Kia were so helpful Mike Burke and his manager went above and beyond to help me with getting a new car! I had moved from South Dakota a couple of years ago and was in th Mike Burke and his manager went above and beyond to help me with getting a new car! I had moved from South Dakota a couple of years ago and was in the middle of a 4 year lease. I wasn't too familiar with how the lease works when you go over on the the mileage allowed. I had thought that I would be able to purchase the vehicle but unfortunately I had gone over the mileage so much that it wasn't able to be purchased. Through out the 4 year lease there had been some damage done to the car that also lowered its value considerably. The folks at Summit place Kia didn't have to help me out as much as they did, but they went above and beyond to figure out a solution for me in a sticky situation. Thanks to Mike I now have a new lease and I truly appreciate all of his help as well as the other staff who contributed! They were so helpful in explaining the situation and never made me feel like an idiot for going so over on milage. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! More
