Sales department is pretty good and straightforward; they don’t pull any shady tactics like some other dealers. The issue is with their service department. I had a new 2026 Camry that I bought from a different dealer. On the way home, I noticed the steering wheel was off-center. So I took it to the original dealer, and when I picked it up on Friday from the original, I noticed the steering wheel was still off-center by a little. So I made an appointment for Fox for Tuesday since they are a lot closer. I dropped it off Monday and got told that it’s covered under warranty, even having explained that I took it to the original dealer to get this issue fixed. On Tuesday, I picked it up and got told it’s covered under warranty and that I am all set to go. The good news is that it’s fixed and on-center. The next day, I got a call back and got told that I had to pay $149 because Toyota isn’t covering it; they only cover 1 alignment per vehicle? If they were educated about Toyota’s warranty policy, they would know this already and not tell me it’s covered under warranty. I got told by the service manager to give him a call. When I called, he said he can’t do anything. What a waste of time, why even bother saying to give a call. More
