I made the appointment weeks ago to have the front brakes replaced. The appointment was for 11:00. I came in on time and was told it should be done at 3:00. The sales team is excellent, particularly Josh Powe. The service for oil changes takes way to long, even with an appointment I was there well over two hours. With Jack Dempsey as my Service Advisor, I don't worry about my vehicle. I trust the service packages Jack recommends based on my usage, its age and my service preferences. I find that selecting the same Service Advisor who knows my vehicle is an added advantage. More
