Great experience! I had my brake pads replaced. I dropped off my Toyota 4Runner at the dealership at 7am. I was called by Karen to let me know that my car was finishe I had my brake pads replaced. Checking noise when push brakes I’m having issues for noises when pushing brakes on my 2016 RAV4. Because the noise was not happened all time so I did record the noise with my phone I’m having issues for noises when pushing brakes on my 2016 RAV4. Because the noise was not happened all time so I did record the noise with my phone and bring it to the lady. The lady at dealer was very impatient and not pay attention to the recording which makes me very frustrating. We did the road test and the noise was not happen and dealer checked the vehicle and nothing found. After I left the dealer driving back to home, the noise started coming up and crazy.
