'2011 Highlander - GREAT Recent Service Experience Our highlander SUV recently experienced a leak in the AC freon line & was taken in for repairs. Ivan Gutierrez was our service advisor. Although the e Our highlander SUV recently experienced a leak in the AC freon line & was taken in for repairs. Ivan Gutierrez was our service advisor. Although the extra warranty service insurance which we had bought when we first took delivery of the vehicle years back excluded coverage cost on this type of repair work, Fox Automtotive perfomed the necessary work at a fairly reasonable price, and even provided a nice, new loaner vehicle at no cost to us. Unfortunately, a secondary freon line also quickly developed a leak a few days after picking up the SUV, which impacted the driver side air vents of the vehicle. When we returned the SUV to Ivan Gutierrez @ Fox Automotive, Ivan was very transperant with us and quickly informed us that he and his service manager had discussed the issue (since we recently had paid for an AC freon line leak repair & did not expect further issues) and offered to pickup this new leak issue cost at Fox Automotive expense, even though they were not obligated to do so since it was a different line with a leak that under normal circumstances, should have impacted the original repairs with an additional charge for this secondary line plus labor! In addition, Fox Automotive again provide a very low mileage loaner to us. This type of customer sensitivity and consideration goes a long ways in customer GOLD service recognition!!! In addition, my wife and I could not be any happier with the helpfulness, friendlyness and professionalism that Ivan Gutierrez showed us! Keep it up Ivan & Fox Automotive, as this (service) is what becomes most important to a customer's loyalty once the sales is made. It makes you want to come back to the same dealer when your vehicle needs service or replacing!!! More
