Poor customer service, demanding for upfront payment, this’s the only place have seen after paid only they do the car oil change and tyre replacement service. If customer not paid upfront they don’t allo this’s the only place have seen after paid only they do the car oil change and tyre replacement service. The Finance guy however, was more focused on selling extended warranty instead of discussing the loan information and finding the lowest rate for me. He did not give me the interest rate until I asked and bank was not mentioned until I asked. These are basic loan information that are important for the customers to know before signing any documents. More
