I only gave the rating of good because the day I picked up the car Mike was with another customer for a prolonged length of time. Also, when I did take the vehicle home I had to go back the next day for t up the car Mike was with another customer for a prolonged length of time. In addition, on the day I paid for the vehicle Mike gave me the wrong price (before the rebate) and I was owed $1000 after the fact. That was partly my fault too for not noticing the discrepancy. I decided to return to this dealership because we had bought a Sequoia and a Prius and it was time for me to get a new car. Less than two weeks after buying the car, I scraped the front bumbler on the side of the garage and was thrilled when he told me to bring it in and see what could be done. All was fixed and it just needed to be buffed. he took the time to help me and didn't just pass me over to the body shop. that means a lot!
