I decided to return to this dealership because we had bought a Sequoia and a Prius and it was time for me to get a new car. From the moment I made inquiries at the service desk, til the time I drove my new car out the door, all my questions were answered and all my decisions kept me pointed in the right direction. Tim is an excellent, knowledgeable salesman with no pressure. My original salesman had relocated.so I did not know Tim. Less than two weeks after buying the car, I scraped the front bumbler on the side of the garage and was thrilled when he told me to bring it in and see what could be done. All was fixed and it just needed to be buffed. he took the time to help me and didn't just pass me over to the body shop. that means a lot!
