I was told by my insurance my vehicles was fully repaired on 2/11/25. I was contacted by the body shop Wednesday 2/12/25 by phone stating my truck was repaired and ready for me to pick up. 2/13/25 someone de on 2/11/25. I was contacted by the body shop Wednesday 2/12/25 by phone stating my truck was repaired and ready for me to pick up. 2/13/25 someone decided to take my truck and drive recklessly around Rochester for 20 minutes in the snow storm. 8 fast accelerations and 2 hard breaks. The manager lied directly to the sheriff deputy’s and myself. It was proven with the Toyota app. The manager at Fox Toyota told me that driving like that was needed due to rust build up on the break calipers due to it being in their shop for 6 weeks. I’m not complaining about how long the repair took but that’s no excuse to drive that way with a customers vehicle. DO NOT TRUST THIS BODY SHOP WITH YOUR VEHICLE See attached photos More
