Much better than Matick Toyota Fox Toyota was like night and day with Matick Toyota! Everyone was helpful and I got an accurate diagnosis of what was wrong with my air conditioner in my 2007 Prius. Jacob was especially helpful and reasonable regarding my having missed the warranty date by 7 days (actually I didn’t miss it at Matick, but they sent me away until the warranty was expired, then said it was out of warranty. They also misdiagnosed the problem saying it was something other than the compressor!!). I’m NEVER going back to Matick!!! More

Maintenance on RAV4 I always have a wonderful service experience at Fox Toyota. I had been taking my RAV4 to the Toyota dealer where I had made the purchase. However my experience had become less and less positive so I went back to Fox which is actually closer to my house. He goes above and beyond to help out whole family get the lowest price on leases and treats us so well. He is very patient with us, as my whole family always asks many questions. Steve Goetz was promoted to FOX Volkswagen but we still go see him To Always Thank him for his guidance. We just leased another RAV4 with Jerry Turner and he was very helpful too. He helped us get an awesome lease deal on a 2019 RAV4 and this SUV/Crossover drives so smooth. It is a Solid Vehicle, full of all the bells & whistles that are Standard with Toyota, and all the Safety features are awesome. Steve Goetz has been helping my father (K.A.) for almost Ten (10) years get the best deals and treats us all so well. The service team is also awesome, and Lee Tromley helped me resolve some minor issues very quickly, and gave me a Free Rental even though my problem was Not Warranty related because it was a wear & tear item. The FOX Toyota family treats us so much better than any other dealership, especially the Rude & Expensive dealer in Troy, Mi that overcharges on leases. I will not mention the dealer in Troy, Mi that I have tried to do business with because never ever will I go anywhere else but FOX Toyota because they treat my whole family very nice, and never try to rip us off or force a deal on us. Thank you Steve Goetz, Jerry Turner, Jacob, Lee Tromley, Nick in finance who was very detailed and helpful with a positive attitude. Nick was very professional, just like Steve Goetz was too. Unexpected disappointment I had the worse service experience ever today. I have been servicing my Toyota at fox dealership since I purchased it from Fox dealership. That is 10 I had the worse service experience ever today. I have been servicing my Toyota at fox dealership since I purchased it from Fox dealership. That is 10 years and counting. The first time ever that I deal with service representative of Fox that loses my trust once he started talking. Why? He started checking the system for bunch of stuff that he “recommends” to take care of which ended up of little over $950 bill. I was in for a regular service that I always did in the past 10 years for $30-$40. At this point I totally lost trust on this guy even though I always trusted Greg and other representatives that always helped me sincerely. Somehow he still found away to make me pay way more than I amused to pay for regular service. I am very much disappointed at the service representation. Something that I didn’t expect. More

Best experience at a car lot ever! I usually hate dealing with sales associates because they can seem pushy and make you feel pressured to buy from them on the spot. Koren, on the other I usually hate dealing with sales associates because they can seem pushy and make you feel pressured to buy from them on the spot. Koren, on the other hand made sure I was well informed and and comfortable through the whole process. Not once did I feel pressured and by the end of the sale it felt like we'd known each other for most of our lives!
