We contacted Fox Valley Buick/GMC to purchase a new Acadia right before Christmas. Traded our 2007 LincolnMKX and purchased 2011 Chevy Tahoe LTZ. Great experience will Bill. Glen and Martha are amazing! We had such a great experience the first time we went to look for a Terrain, that we decided to go back a few days later and trade in our other car for a Cruze. We are very excited and ecstatic about both of our purchases and couldn't be happier with how knowledgeable, helpful, kind, considerate, professional, fun/ny, and genuine all of the people we encountered at Fox Valley have been. Martha made sure we were aware of all of the perks of our warranties (which we shopped around at other dealerships and found no one else could come even close to matching), asked us questions about how we would use the cars so that she would know what would and wouldn't be applicable to discuss with us, and worked hard to get us the best rate possible (she even went above and beyond to get us an additional discounted rate after we had left her office just to help us out some more). Glen was awesome as well. He did everything he could to get us in a range we felt comfortable paying by asking us what we were expecting/hoping, which ultimately meant we got an amazing deal for both our trade-in value and the price of both cars we purchased. Even while I was having difficulty deciding between two different vehicles, he made sure I didn't make a decision I wasn't 100% comfortable with, gave me time to think about it, let me take the cars for extended test drives to really see which fit best with what I would need, and answered every question I asked. It made me feel like he genuinely wanted to make sure I would be happy long-term. Martha and Glen were so friendly we made sure to go back and visit a couple of extra times to say hi! I couldn't recommend this dealership more. FANTASTIC experience. More
Glen was very easy to talk to, worked within my budget to get me the features and vehicle I wanted and could afford, and allowed me the time and space I needed to think without pressure. The team at Fox Valley told me exactly what they could offer on the trade in and then when they found the vehicle I needed several days later, they offered it to me at a very fair price based on all my research. Everyone I had contact with from the sales people to the manager to the finance person made it an enjoyable experience. I will work with them again. More

Stopped in on a whim and ended up with a new(er) car! Ben was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Usually I absolutely hate new car shopping because it takes soooo long to look, negotiate the price, and Ben was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Usually I absolutely hate new car shopping because it takes soooo long to look, negotiate the price, and then sign the paper work - but we were driving out of the showroom with our new vehicle in about 2-1/2 to 3 hours. Remember, we went in on a whim ~ I went with my daughter once to pick-up her new car and it took about 2-hours just to sign paperwork. The actual 'signing' for the car took about 10-15 minutes and the lady (sorry didn't catch her name) was very professional and quick. Since this was an impulsive visit - we had not eaten - when Ben found out he took us to the staff room where there had been an Italian feast catered in. So far we are totally pleased with the purchase - can you ever be totally satisfied with price? Ben did such a good job - my husband, 30+ years in sales) made a point of telling the owner. I would recommend this dealership and Ben to friends and family. We are looking forward to coming back for free car washes (the Yukon is a massive vehicle) and oil changes. More
