I bought a Buick Enclave not even 2 months ago, when I bought the car everyone was super nice and polite nothing to say about the person who sold me the car so this person told me that my car had new brak bought the car everyone was super nice and polite nothing to say about the person who sold me the car so this person told me that my car had new brakes and tires. for some reason my car started to make two different noises from the tires so I went to the dealer where I bought the car and they send me to the service department they were in the beginning but after I explained the situation they made me wait for 3 hours to tell me that the brakes are made with a very cheap material and that can do anything so that make think that they put very cheap parts to the cars to sell them like a very expensive price and on top of that they make feel like is my fault the brakes are making those noises because I bought the car in this dealership. This is not the way to treat a brand new customer. Very disappointed with the service More
