I brought my 2017 Acadia in because air conditioner was blowing hot air. Dealer put die in system charged the system and said to bring it back in a week to see where the leak is. Brought car back and service said leak was with the evaporator unit, repair was $2400. picked up car air conditioner worked for a week then out again. Brought car back and the time was told that the condenser was bad it would cost $2300. When I questioned the repairs being done and not fixing the problem Frank the service advisor said the car is old and even with the new repair there is no guarantee another air conditioner component wouldn’t break. The dealer is charging over $4000 for a repair with no guarantee. I did not have the new repair done and would not return to this dealer. More
