Upon leasing my very first car, I was sad to know that Ted was no longer at the Volkswagen dealership but had been promoted to corporate sales at Fox Valley Buick. Knowing what a loyal salesperson he was, I took it upon myself to call him to see if he could further extend his service for that leasing purchase. Without question, Ted met me at the Volkswagen dealership to lease me my very first car. It is unlikely and quite difficult to find a person as dedicated to his/her job as Ted is. Now, when I go to the dealership(s) I am always greeted with open arms by Ted and everyone else there.
