While the $500 initial deposit I paid wasn't applied to the original purchase, the team is working on a refund for me along with an additional refund on a maintenance package. Kyle Jones in finance shared clear communication on when I can expect those refunds to be processed, which I really appreciated. Daniel helped share details on how to use the features on the car, and even followed-up to see how the vehicle was performing. All in all, the team has been great to work with and I'd recommend them to all who are looking for a new or used VW. My wife and I will be taking our vehicles here for servicing, too. More
