When starting the purchasing process Bruce was friendly and helpful. However, after we purchased the car he was extremely rude and difficult to work with. Our car was supposed to come with Monster mats whi and helpful. However, after we purchased the car he was extremely rude and difficult to work with. Our car was supposed to come with Monster mats which he assured would be there when we picked up the car. However they were not and he had to order them. Then once they were in he called to say they were in and we could come pick them up. We then went a couple of days later and were told that they didn't know where they were and parts was closed. We called Bruce to see if he could tell the other sales person where to find them and he was extremely difficult and then proceeded to yell a profanity while hanging up because he didn't want to have to deal with this on his day off. First word of advice is let the customer know if something needs to be picked up between certain hours and if you don't want work calls on your day off, do not forward calls to your cell phone. More
