I've been buying VW's from this dealership for approximately 27 years. I would never go elsewhere. I've dealt with a lot of salespeople, but Max was our salesperson this time. I noticed that he "wore many caps" during our visit, but I still felt like he was caring and attentive to our needs. We got a very nice trade-in value, for which I was very grateful. Max, himself, is a fan of VW's, so he is an especially great representative to sell them. The waiting room is pleasant. There are nice amenities for customers--TV, music, water, hot beverages.
