I went to Anderson to look at new cars. From the moment that I stepped on the lot I was treated with excellent service. Everything was timely and went fast. There was no rushing to buy anything at that moment but they kept things moving, I hate waiting around and there was none of that. Tony was awesome he was very kind and understanding and wanted the best for me, he did everything he could for me. Nick the sales manager was understanding and did everything I asked right up past when I signed the papers. They definitely won a new customer and hopefully a lot more. I would recommend this dealer to anyone I know and next time I am looking for a car Anderson is the first place that I am going to look. More

Purchased the car over the internet. The sales and finance team of Dino, Jay and Dan took care of everything. They even picked me up at the train station. I made my offer, Matt shook my hand told me we had a deal, then got all my info including my social to get my financing started. About ten minutes later, Jim and Nick come over to tell me that I would deal, then got all my info including my social to get my financing started. About ten minutes later, Jim and Nick come over to tell me that I wouldnt be getting the car for the price that Matt and I had already agreed on. Nick the sales manager was a joke. Stellar customer service was the last thing on his mind. He was rude and extremely unprofessional making me out to be the bad guy when his sales rep was the one who apparently messed up. This company claims to be so wonderful with customer service but this was honestly the worst experience with car shopping that I have ever had. More
