I came in looking to lease a Passat under the impression I would drive off with it that day. However, do to computer error the car I wanted was not actually on the lot. About Fox Valley VW in West Chicago, there are a real people with customer service Job#1. I purchased 4 cars during last 2.5 years and also all the services was perfomed by them with high standard and people with customer service Job#1. In early January 2012 visted dearler ship for service of my kid cars, at the same time I purchased a new car for myself at the same day. Both Sales man and VP of Faxvalley Me Omer provided great hospitality and provided lunch for customer while there cars was in service.
