The salesperson I initially worked with was friendly, polite, and seemed genuinely willing to work with me. Unfortunately, my experience changed once we got to the sales manager. I felt that the sales polite, and seemed genuinely willing to work with me. Unfortunately, my experience changed once we got to the sales manager. I felt that the sales management team was constantly trying to pressure me into things I did not want or need. I was repeatedly pushed to purchase additional insurance and other products, even after clearly saying that I was not interested.
