After being at the Dealer for about 2 hours, with a 2 year old little girl, he and everyone at the dealer was very acomodating to the fact, and when she was hungry he gave her a sandwich, which she ate and was content after that. Both were very knowledgeable and friendly, giving me plenty of time to make a decision. When it came time to negotiate prices/colors/options I was very impressed with the lengths everyone at Fox Valley went to help my wife and I get the (exact) vehicle we really wanted at the price we wanted. The vehicle arrived reasonably fast and the process of receiving the vehicle was wonderful with nice training on how to use the stereo, etc. I would definitely recommend Fox Valley to anybody looking for a car. I already recommended a relative visit them and that relative bought a car too! Not sure if there is a referral bonus, I will have to ask.. We are from Chicago and had done some internet shopping for a VW, and were drawn to the selection that Fox Valley had to offer. So on a Saturday morning we decided to take a ride out there. Before we even made it to the sidewalk entrance, someone was wishing us Good Morning and holding the door. Frank immediately introduced himself and was courteous, polite, and respectful and listened to what we were looking for and what we wanted. As soon as we finished discussing the car, he brought us to a coffee area, grabbed some keys and brought around what turned out to be the car we purchased! After meeting with Frank, he turned us over to Ed Howell who walked us through financing payments and all of the paperwork. Ed was able to work his financing magic to get our payments to the exact amount we wanted and still allow us to keep some of the money we originally were going to put down. Finally we had a technician who spent time training us on how to use the satellite radio and setting up the Bluetooth. Everyone was so helpful and the entire process from the time we walked in to pulling off the lot was much faster than expected and we felt we had made all the right decisions and had a fantastic car out of the deal The experience at Fox Valley was excellent, the people working there were outstanding and I would highly recommend if you are thinking of purchasing a car these guys really know how to take care of you. The staff took a very hands-off approach, but were nearby to answer any questions we might have. After having time to inspect the car and test drive it, we decided to move forward with the purchase. Our salesman, Ted, took the time to go through all aspects of the deal and brought in his manager to fulfill any lingering questions and concerns. The paperwork went smoothly and we were out of there with the vehicle in a reasonable amount of time. I was happy with the experience overall due to two main factors: 1.) The quality of the vehicle (time was taken to detail it, inspect it, put on new tires, etc.) 2.) The staff was helpful, but not pushy. They were there to provide information and answer questions, but also gave us time to discuss things and make the decision on our own. More

Accommodated me in every way. It was a no-pressure, friendly sale. I arrived to look at a used car right before closing (too late to get financing) and they let me take the car for an extended test dri friendly sale. I arrived to look at a used car right before closing (too late to get financing) and they let me take the car for an extended test drive till the next day. When I took it back I was worried about a little white smoke that occasionally came from the exhaust, and they let me take it to a mechanic to get it checked out. There were a few dings in the sides that they agreed to take out, and when I asked if I could take it to a dent repair place closer to where I live they said sure. I got the dings taken out and they immediately reimbursed me for 100% the cost. I've had the car for almost a month now and it runs great. I'm very happy with my experience here. More

I purchased a 2012 CC in June and brought it in for the 90 day courtesy check. For reasons outside of mine and the Dealerships control, significant damage was caused to the car. I was emotional to say the least, distracted at work and home. This dealership was faced with the ultimate customer service challenge and answered the bell! At a major financial loss for them, the Dealership replaced the car and did the right thing by taking care of their valued customer. I could have lost thousands and been completely stressed with a legal battle (not with the dealer) and a devalued vehicle. No one can question the commitment of a dealership who sacrifices short-term profit for customer satisfaction, truly refreshing considering today's corporate obsession with profits! My Dad is looking to buy a VW within the next year and despite the distance from West Chicago he is committed to purchasing it here. This owner takes care of their customer, end of story!
