I was in today because of a rear light that was out on my CC Passat that I purchased about 2 weeks ago. I purchased a certified car and was about to have the 30,000 mile check when the service guy told me i CC Passat that I purchased about 2 weeks ago. I purchased a certified car and was about to have the 30,000 mile check when the service guy told me it was not necessary since the car had the service already. He could have easily made 300.00 off of me today but he only charged me 25.00 for the bulb that was changed. I am an eternal West Chicago Volkswagen customer. And I even drive over an hour for the service. Thanks West Chicago Volkswagen service department. You Rock!!!! More

I had a problem with a severe water leak in my 2009 Jetta Sportwagen's sunroof. The car was recently out of warranty due to mileage, but only two years old. I have to comment about my experience at Fox Valley Volkswagen West Chicago. I had been looking at the cc Passat sport sedan each time I came in for service for my 2007 Passat. This was the second vehicle I have purchased from Fox Valley Volkswagen West Chicago and I am very happy!!! I must say that car purchases can be scary because you never know what the bank will say. They did an excellent job for me. I was in for service and drove home in the car of my dreams!! I never looked at Volkswagen until I started working with this dealership. I thought the clinic was a very good way for the customer to become familiar with the facility. Department heads were there to give a short presentation and to answer any questions from new and old customers. I think that if someone was looking for a car and wasn't quite sure about a Volkswagen, they should attend a Customer Clinic, perhaps with a friend who owns a VW. I think attending this clinic would certainly win that potential customer to join the VW ranks. More
