We were inadvertently overcharged for our labor charge which we had no idea about nor would we have by looking at the bill. The service director Larry Cohen told us, via a letter, that he routinely revie which we had no idea about nor would we have by looking at the bill. With the letter, he enclosed a check for a refund for the overcharge within just a couple of days of us picking up our car. We appreciate this dealer's honesty with their mistake. This could have been just overlooked with their pockets being a little heavier and ours a little lighter but this was not the case. I definitely would recommend them for your vw servicing needs.
