Stay away from this dealership. Get it right the first time. I bought a used 2013 Jetta in May 2016 under a certified pre-owned car. I have a "Bumper to Bumper" warranty. 4 months later, I find faulty rear brake I bought a used 2013 Jetta in May 2016 under a certified pre-owned car. I have a "Bumper to Bumper" warranty. 4 months later, I find faulty rear brake discs and punctures in 2 tires. The first time I went in for a tpms light and a brake inspection. They said the brakes aren't covered, nor are the tires. They told me all 4 tires were low (after I checked them and found one low.) and raised the pressure, and told me nothing was leaking. 2 days later, the right front tire went flat and they patched where they said it was leaking from a 3rd party plug. I never took the car anywhere but fox. I checked the tire after, and found the leak somewhere else in the tire. The service manager tried to blame it on me, but when I asked if they balanced the wheel, he said yes. The. I asked who balanced the wheel after patching it. He asked the mechanic if he balanced the wheel and he said no. It's one thing to mess up once, but to mess up 3 times in a row and lie to my face made me lose all trust in Fox. When I left the parking lot my tpms light came back again, so I went back and told Mike that I didn't make it a 1/4 mile before the light came back. He proceeded to argue that it wasn't his fault and just wasted my time. More
