Have done a decent job of trying to reduce the costs of my service. I believe they could've done more initially to be sure that emission related problems were completely resolved while it was within my 3 m my service. My truck sat for the majority of a week and was never looked at. I was told they had no loaners. It was a brake issue that made noise.
