I went to Frank Boucher Chevrolet of Racine just to look at used vehicles, as I had been considering a purchase. When Ronnie Gomez approached me, he introduced himself, asked me what I was looking for in m at used vehicles, as I had been considering a purchase. I explained exactly what I was looking for and Ronnie directed me to several vehicles for consideration. He provided information that was very helpful in making my decission on which vehicle would be right for me. I knew right away which one I wanted so we went for a test ride and I knew for sure this was the one. I explained to Ronnie, I needed to talk it over with my husband and would let him know within a day or two. Ronnie kept in contact by e-mail and a follow-up phone call letting me know he was there for any questions or concerns I might have. After looking at other vehicles with other dealerships, I was drawn back to Frank Boucher Chevrolet for a couple of reasons; I found the right car that fit my needs and wants and it was a pleasure working with Mr Ronnie Gomez, as he has a great personality, presented himself in a professional manner, and is knowledgeable in the product and service he represents. I had been shopping around online for a new car. When I finally decided that the Chevy Sonic looked the best, I drove to Boucher to see the car in person.
