Shauna, unfortunately we cannot repair a vehicle issue without duplicating the issue. We ran tests and tried to duplicate the issue with no success. Morry called you to let you know we couldn't duplicate the issue but that we would waive the diagnostic fee and you could come and pick up your vehicle. Due to our holiday hours, we were off when you attempted to call back. If you would like to discuss anything further, please reach out to us at 262-886-1010.

Again, Morry NEVER called or communicated that to me. As I said above I called and spoke to him once and that’s the only time I was able to get in contact with him. He NEVER reached out to me (not once) and trying to track him down was nearly impossible. I called everyday several times most days and only reached him that one time. Do you think I escalated things to the manager because he told me I could come and pick up my car free of charge? No, I escalated things to the manager because you had my car for a week and I didn’t know what was going on and I couldn’t get ahold of Morry. Instead of repeating lies you should take the feedback and improve your communication and customer service skills.
