I had a recall "sticker" put on my light housing. One's perfect. The other one has debry in in, and just doesn't look as nice. Otherwise the guys at this dealership were great One's perfect. The service department lacks professionalism, the communication is nonexistent and they wasted my time. I dropped my car off on Monday due the check engine light being on and getting an error message communication is nonexistent and they wasted my time. I dropped my car off on Monday due the check engine light being on and getting an error message. I was told that I would hear something Tuesday by noon. I called Tuesday at 1PM and couldn’t get ahold of my the associate who was handling my car so I called the general service number and was told by another associate that my car was getting “tested”. Wednesday afternoon I called the associate again with no answer so I called the general number again and was told that my was being “tested” again. I again asked for the associates number that I was working with just in case there was something I was missing. I left work early and went to the dealership to try to speak to someone. I got there at 4:45 pm. The associate that I was working with was not there so they called him and he said they were doing testing and I could take it home if I pay for the testing but they had no answers. I thought it was weird that they wanted me to pay for testing but they couldn’t tell me what was tested or what was wrong with the car so I left the car there. Thursday morning I called from a different number and the associate that I was working with answered the phone and said that he thought my car had the wrong oil in it and they would change the oil and give me a call back. Friday morning I called and left a message and my called was not returned. Saturday I called no answer or a return call. Monday I called and no answer so I called the general number and asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to Jim whom I told all this to, I put was put on hold and when Jim came back he said he talked to the technician who said he tested the car, they didn’t change the oil because it had the correct oil in it and the associate said he communicated with me several times throughout the week and left me a message saying that I can pick the car up on Friday which neither is true. Jim basically said I was a liar and what did I expect him to do and that I could come pick up the car free of charge because they did NOTHING. More
