I had signed up online and when I walked in the lady behind the desk greeted me by name with a smile and was very friendly :) She checked with me about what I wanted checked on my vehicle and then took behind the desk greeted me by name with a smile and was very friendly :) She checked with me about what I wanted checked on my vehicle and then took me to the waiting area ( explaining that there snacks and drinks.) She came in after a while to let me know where they were at and about how much longer it would be. The whole process was extremely efficient and service was very pleasant. More

I bought my new 2021 VW Jetta in Knoxville TN. I was driving to Wisconsin for a traveling nurse assignment first of January and I was worried because it was dangerously cold outside... -21. My car had been making a loud grinding sound and was scaring me that it would die in the middle of no where. I called all the VW places closest to me (all where an hour away). No one could fit me in that day. I explained the situation to each dealer that I was traveling thru to Wisconsin and that I had to be there in 2 days to report for assignment. Frank Boucher Dealership told me to come right in and they had my car up on the lift in 5 minutes. All that racket turned out to be a small pebble/rock but it sure scared me. They were professional, compassionate, just exceeded my expectations regarding customer service. I am very grateful for them and their staff. They even thanked me for my service..
