Frank Boucher Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram VW of Janesville - Service Center

I arrived at 7:30a and wasn't told about my inspection until 945a (I pulled up to empty garage and one other car was in the other express garage.) Then I was told my filters needed to be replaced, so did until 945a (I pulled up to empty garage and one other car was in the other express garage.) Then I was told my filters needed to be replaced, so did that. But also they told me that my intake box was broken where the hose hooks to it (they showed me). I am very concerned about that cause no one is under that hood but your mechanics, I had no engine lights coming on to show anything that a hose wasnt connected or that any other error sounded up due to that hose supposely not connected. I only am lead to believe that when the air filter was checked this was broken at that point. I have no other reason to believe that piece broke off any other way. But it was documented that it was broke at arrival, which is very hard for me to believe. Cause I know two weeks ago that piece was not broken. So I did not have a good experience this time, as I have been in there many times when busy and never even took this long. Not to mention a piece broke that had no reason to have broke, unless when someone checked the air filter. More

Frank Boucher automotive service department was courteous and the repair was fast. We need our wheel lock taken off of vehicle. We first went to a chrysler dodge dealership in Beloit.
