When informed by our local repair location that there were locking lug nuts with no key in the vehicle (and the keys are discontinued), I quickly made an appointment with your service department. Although driving to Janesville from Lake Geneva was not in my plans, the service team at your location was very helpful to assist with getting me in the same day. I was not pleased that we incurred the small additional expense but we knew the risk for buying a VW and living in Lake Geneva where there are no VW dealerships. At the same time I was thankful we were not stranded in the middle of nowhere with a tire issue that we could not solve without being towed. Find the positive! More

A different experience when compared to what I expected and what the perception is going into a car dealer ship. I originally went to cars. Com and sent in a request to see if a vehicle was still available and what the perception is going into a car dealer ship. I originally went to cars. Com and sent in a request to see if a vehicle was still available. JJ reached out to me and informed me that it was available and even sent videos of it which was shocking to me. When my wife and I made it to the dealer ship, JJ introduce himself and a discussion was being formed. We asked about other types and he showed us a compass altitude 2020 with sweet black trim and wheels. It was over from that point the sub was looking amazing and it drove really well. JJ explained everything to us and before we knew it we were on our way home. The accounting guy was amazing as well, made us feel comfortable. Then JJ followed up the next day which was unexpected. Overall wonderful experience and knowing that I got a good price without having to hagke was a bonus. More
