The only reason I bought a new car from the Boucher VW was the fact that other VW dealerships were to far away. With my car being a change over year model, (2019 Jetta bought in late 2018) there have been several little things that have come up where I needed service to fix the issues, other than some design issues with window deflectors and their clips on the new Jetta, the service department has been GREAT to deal with, easy, accommodating and have gone way out of their way for me on at least 2 occasions. Way above what I was expecting based on my prior experiences with a Boucher dealership. More

Would not have given 5 star if not for Jeff Janecek!!! number one the loan was 66 months not the 60 I asked for!
