This dealership is hit or miss. I bought new tires and I expected them to be clean and look nice since there “new” what I received was gross, rusted tires… they had a orangeish dust I bought new tires and I expected them to be clean and look nice since there “new” what I received was gross, rusted tires… they had a orangeish dust on them and I was told it would come off. After months of car washes and trying to clean the tires myself it still is on the tires, I contacted Richard and he said he would do digging for me, I didn’t hear anything for a month so I called again which he stated he is still “looking into it” it’s been over 5 months and not a phone call back which goes to show he was hoping I go away. I’ve been having shifting/transmission problems ever since I last got it serviced at Franks for oil pan and hose replacement. After bringing it in multiple times just for them to say nothing is wrong yet charge me an arm and a leg for nothing I’m absolutely tired of wasting my money. On top of that oil changes cost over $100 bucks now for a car?? Plus they didn’t even top off my coolant or wind shield wiper fluid…. Clowns work here. Time to be going else where that my time and money will be valued. Then they contacted dealer review to complain to get my review deleted because it’s obviously working. More
