The Boucher Automotive Group began back in 1977, but it can trace its roots back to 1956 when Gordon F. Boucher first began his automotive career at a local dealership. Twenty-one years later he set out on his own to create the best dealership he knew how to. Turns out, he knew how to make some pretty great dealerships. Overall a good experience but may I suggest that when it comes to the financing and the signing of all the documents, don't keep your customers in that room for well over an hour. Get things organized and comes to the financing and the signing of all the documents, don't keep your customers in that room for well over an hour. Scott Moore, our salesperson, did a fantastic job. He was very professional in all respects, from his dress to his personality to how he acted and how he sold. I was impressed! When my son (who was actually having the car put into his name, my wife was buying the car for her grandaughters, I was the one who found the car) and I arrived for our 5:15 appointment to sign the paperwork, we had to wait for over an hour. Not good! The manager did make it right for us, but that wait never should have happened. This is why the review is 4 stars instead of 5. Picking up the car, after a long wait for the financing to be cleared, was trouble fre The car was clean, had a full tank of gas and presented well. We even got a copy of the original window sticker -- a nice touch! The only downside was that we did not receive a copy of the warranty. Scott has promised to send that to me. I was disappointed at the price and the unwillingness to negotiate very much, but I do understand how tight the used car market was. It seems that we were buying at the wrong time. Overall, except for the wait to sign the papers, a very nice experience. I would shop at Frank Boucher Kia again! More
