After a few days of mulling over information provided, the transaction went more smoothly. However, the person who detailed the 2020 Kia Sportage did not set the time/date, etc. and no one went over in detail the features of the vehicle. While this is not a big deal, it was disappointing. When we leased our 2017 Kia Sportage, we were given a full tank of gas -- not so this time around. Not a big deal but just another disappointment. Scott Moore, our salesman, was cordial and worked hard to find a deal we would be comfortable with. He was patient with my wife who has a tendency to be skeptical -- that was very much appreciated. Bottom line -- most of the transaction was okay with a few hiccups. More
