Worst experience ever! Ordered the car from Japan with extra add-ons. The car arrived with none of the add-ons. I call on a regular basis to see if they have come in, get blown off by their parts department. Sales staff say they will look into it and get back to me. all I hear is crickets. Now when I call to check on the status all I ever get is voicemail, never a live person. Amazing how ALL employees are always unavailable to take calls or look into the issue to attempt to solve the problem. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More
