I worked with Tim Nyquist and he is the BEST salesperson I have ever worked with. He asked what was important to me, the must have's and was just a delightful person to deal with. I wanted the snowflake white mica with a sunroof and they worked hard to find it for me. Tim kept in contact with me during the search and they found exactly what I wanted in a few days. The dealership was very friendly and welcomed me when I came in the door I felt they were all part of the process. I will go back to Boucher Mazda for my next purchase and have recommended them to my friends. More

Best car buying experience in 27 years. Cameron Tomasek A++ The entire car buying experience lasted about 2 hours at the dealership before I was out the door and driving home. I did my research beforehand so I knew I wanted a new Mazda 6 and what I felt was a fair price. I looked at the dealer's website and spoke with Suzanne and Liza to check availability, etc. After doing some more internet research on prices and reviews, I spoke to Cameron Tomasek on the phone for a few minutes describing what I wanted. He was extremely courteous and he LISTENED to what I actually wanted. Nothing changed when I got to the dealership. Cameron was exceptionally pleasant to work with and did not employ the typical high-pressure sales tactics commonly used at most dealerships. There was no haggling back and forth on price after I presented the price I wanted, which was as low as any other dealership and matched the KBB true market value. There was no introducing the sales manager and then disappearing into a room and making me wait until they came out with a higher price. In fact, I found the whole car buying experience here atypical, which is a good thing. More car dealerships should take a lesson from Boucher Mazda. So, I would highly recommend Cameron Tomasek and Boucher Mazda if you are in the market for a new car. I would also highly recommend the 2016 Mazda 6. A special shout out to Fran D'amato, the finance manager, who was also a pleasure to work with. The whole experience was well worth the 1-1/2 drive to get there. I will be going back again when it's time for my daughters to buy a car. More

Had 3 poor dealership experiences before landing at Frank Boucher in Racine where I walked away with a vehicle in less than 48 hours from time of first contact. They listened to my needs, criteria and actually seemed genuinely willing to meet them and close the deal, a deal that benefitted me. Thank you Tim N. for your patience and diligence. I drove 25 mi to this location when there were other dealerships closer. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the website pricing was a bit misleading. While typical to include certain incentives in the "internet price" to make it appear lower, this is not clearly described on their site and leads to miscommunication. Transparency in pricing should be more like the airline industry with no hidden costs or inflated discounts. Again, this is typical of the industry and not dealership specific, but this dealer could use it as a point of difference in advertising by becoming more transparent. More

Just bought a new Mazda CX-5 from Scott Westbrook at this dealership. I live in Milwaukee with dealers as close as 3 miles and yet I drove over 40 minutes away because of Scott. The sales people at my local dealerships were terrible. Scott was spot on from the moment he got my first email. Little did he know how much of a pain I would be to deal with. Scott went above and beyond in his communication and service for me, everyone at this dealership was great to work with. Car buying is very stressful. Yet the experience I got here was top notch. Scott got me a price that other dealers said was impossible. I had a dealer from Illinois hounding me daily (Mario you are terrible for not returning my call) but he just kind of disappeared after repeatedly telling me Scott was lying to me about the price. After I went and talked to Scott, Mario called to ask what tricks he pulled and I informed him "none". Mario said "let me talk to my manager to see what I can do and I will get back to you shortly. Never heard a thing from him. I even tried to call and he wouldn't call back. Don't worry Mario after I am done typing here I will make sure to get to your review next. Bottom line don't waste your time anywhere else, go see Scott Westbrook. You will not be disappointed. -Jay More

Having done my research and nailing down the car I wanted, I contacted several area dealerships about pricing and availability. My sales consultant Ryan was very friendly, professional and quickly responded to my questions. He quoted me a great price on a new 2013 Mazda 3 and in addition was able to offer a cash rebate incentive. He worked with me to get the paperwork and financing information organized ahead of time. This streamlined the buying process allowing me Zoom-Zoom out with my new car in just a few hours. Had one small hicup. The second key FOB had somehow been misplaced. They've ordered a new one and have offered to refill my gas tank for the inconvenience. Great customer service in my book! My new Mazda 3 is a blast to drive and gets fantastic gas mileage. A BIG Thank You to everyone at Boucher Imports! Everyone was friendly and professional. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys to friends and family. More
