Frank Brown Honda’s service center provided me with an awful dealership service experience. They have no one greeting customers, no signage to indicate where the service center is locates, and employees a awful dealership service experience. They have no one greeting customers, no signage to indicate where the service center is locates, and employees are rude and unprofessional. This was my second time going to this dealership for service after giving them a second chance. Unfortunately, the service was worse than the first experience. I will not be going to this dealership again for maintenance services and will make sure that my friends and acquaintances know about my experience. More
