Took my car in to find a noise when I turned left. Went to pick it up later that day and they said they didn’t hear anything. I asked if I could talk to the service manager. He got in the car with me Went to pick it up later that day and they said they didn’t hear anything. I asked if I could talk to the service manager. He got in the car with me and he heard the noise I was talking about. He asked if I had time for him to get a mechanic to go with him and listen. So about an hour later the car was fixed!! Thank you for having a service manager who will take time to listen to a woman! I won’t be taking my car anywhere else if I have problems!! More

I was hopeful for a great experience seeing as how there were so many amazing reviews about Frank Brown and it’s employees. Only giving a 1 ⭐️ because I have to. Probably the WORST experience I have ever were so many amazing reviews about Frank Brown and it’s employees. Only giving a 1 ⭐️ because I have to. Probably the WORST experience I have ever encountered when walking into a dealership. First of all, it looked abandoned and I had to search the place to find someone to ask for help. The receptionist had ear buds in while facebooking. No help. Finally, get to meet with a salesman…this is where it gets exciting. JR had me build my suv on his laptop which had an inappropriate image up on his Facebook page when he turned it to me. He had me use the GMC price and build. He then sent it to his manager to “order” and requested the deposit. He seemed confused when I asked for the official buyers order to view all details and requested to know what the OTD (out the door) price was. We didn’t negotiate because he said there was no room for negotiation and insisted that the MSRP is the price they purchase the vehicle at. That there’s no room for profit. Which is not true. He told me I could go elsewhere if I want to try and negotiate. He seemed frustrated with any questions I had. He just wanted my deposit, have me sign the GMC price and build and be done. When I asked again for the detailed buyers order, he got upset, again. So while I am still asking what the OTD will be with tax, title and license, he says ok and walks off. Sooooo, I assume he went to ask his manager or stall. I couldn’t tell and time is precious. So we left after 15 minutes of sitting there in an empty dealership. No call, no text, no email to follow up. Horrible customer service. If you want to avoid a frustrating experience, avoid Frank Brown GMC ENTIRELY! More
