Dean was great as always . I bought my 2016 Honda CR-V (or whatever the name is there at your dealership new . It is the very best mode of transportation I have ever owned . The service department there has always been the very best service department in Lubbock , Tx . I took my used Honda car there many years ago . I have never been disappointed in the service men working there in all these years since it was built many years ago . The work the service department dose has always been excellent . The men who talk to you concerning your car’s needs have always been extremely kind , extremely polite and very kind to me , always . I asked for an oil change and the tires to be rotated . Dean came into the waiting room a s showed me two very dirty air filters and asked me about replacing them . Ii thanked him for showing them to me and I appreciated his time and his honesty very much . The men in the service department and the men in the office where I pay are the very best , very honest and very kind, including the nice man who takes customers home or work when our car will need to be there awhile . Hondas are great and the men people speak with in the service department are honest , kind and respectful . Hondas are great . But if the service department who work on the cars and Dean and the other men who I speak with were not nice , respectful and kind I do not think I would have bought another Honda because then I would not want to deal with rude , hateful men when my car needs service . Dean and Tony are the best men you could ever employ in the service department and I have been a customer for years and years since this company was first built at this location !!!!! Was satisfied with salesman, very courteous. Disappointed with front office and showroom area. Apperantly the AC was malfunctioning because it was a little warm waiting on finalizing the paper work.
