My car was having issues with keeping a charge. So I called the week before to see when my warranty expires, the representative asked me general questions and told me I am not covered and that my warran called the week before to see when my warranty expires, the representative asked me general questions and told me I am not covered and that my warranty has expired. My husband had to go to the parts department to order the part. It was a special order for 615.00. A week later, I called my sales representative and explained the situation, he said he remembers me from the year before and that my car is still under warranty. Mike Brown, my sales representative looked up my information and told me I was covered till the end of the year. The same day my husband picked up the part and put it on him self while I was at work. While I was at work Mike reached out to the parts department manager, Dean to see if we could have that money reimburse. Since we were still under warranty and was given lousy customer service from the week before by a different representative. He said yes we could to just bring it in. My husband brought the car in the next morning. The service department manager took a look at it, seen that my husband had fixed the problem himself. All they needed to do was reset the sensors and refund us our money. The manager called us saying a fuse was missing and that, it was the reason the error message was coming up for a charging problem. So in other words we wouldn't get our money back because that fuse was missing, which was causing the car to have problems. In a logical world why would we remove a fuse that is critical for OUR cars function. The part we bought is an alternator which has nothing to do with the fuse box. My husband has worked on cars for 15 years. We were promised a refund and never got it. This is not the first time I have went to Frank Brown and was turned away. We have a warranty on our car and we never get the service we need. During a pandemic it is more crucial to service valued customers. This business was unprofessional and unreliable. More
