Service writter Ronny was great and very professional. I was walk in and waited 5 hrs. He kept me informed during the process. Your dealership is the only GMC dealer that gave me an excuse for not topping I was walk in and waited 5 hrs. He kept me informed during the process. Your dealership is the only GMC dealer that gave me an excuse for not topping off the DEF fluid. Didn’t want to o over fill? 100 miles later after warning getting low. I pulled off the highway and purchased a 2 1/2 gal container. I had requested the DEF topped off at my arrival for service. More

I couldn’t get any assistance from the dealer I had to go to gm to get expedited. M work truck sat in the shop for 2 months for a defective valve body that should’ve been out in a week tops.
