Mr. Swindell, if you would have responded to my email as you promised, or if you would have forwarded the message to someone at your dealership who would respond and not just give lip service it would have helped my attitude. I have contacted GM through the chat function at the GM.com, I will go back to the chat line and inform them that the Customer Experience Manager at Frank Brown does not respond to customers. Thanks for Nothing.
