Set an appointment to get my car looked at and advised of the issue prior to droping the vehicle off. Issue was a “shift to park” error message that is common with my vehicle. Car was brought to the dealership and was kept all day long and was not looked at until almost day end before I was notified that they did not have the part for the issue. Then after picking my vehicle up I returned it on the following Monday to get the vehicle repaired and was contacted at the end of the day to be told the vehicle would be kept overnight due to the part still not being in. For an issue that seems to be rampant in the type of vehicle I own I shouldn’t have had that much of a run around and then get charged hundreds of dollars for the repair and that’s not including the time I was without my vehicle. Very bad experience. More
