I had my vehicle towed to Frank Brown from another shop after I was quoted almost $3000. Tony my service advisor, was very open with communication through the whole diagnostic phase. Job was suppose to take about 6 hours....8 days later i finally got my car back...and the job wasnt completed. They left my car a complete mess.
