A bit disappointed at service advisor experience I have been servicing my car at FB Honda for years with Rudy. As of late, I have not had the same advisor (or personalized caring service advisor) an I have been servicing my car at FB Honda for years with Rudy. As of late, I have not had the same advisor (or personalized caring service advisor) and yesterday when I brought my CRV in, the advisor recommended this crazy $599 checkup for my CRV. The check up was just standard auto inspections, which one can & does do on their own. Many things do not even apply to my CRV. It was a matter of fact type of recommendation which was not personalized or done with any time consideration of what my actual car really needs at this time! It was a bit disappointing to receive at FB Honda. He didn't even bother to know what type of spark plugs my 2015 CRV touring model has installed & said the spark plugs needed replacing. Yeah, right! I did however speak to the tech afterwards, regarding the condition of my automobile. That was a much more pleasant and factual discussion. I appreciated the tech! As always Terry at the office is always courteous. Also, why doesn't your staff wear masks when inside people's automobiles. Or at minimum protect the high-touch surfaces in owners automobiles during a pandemic? More
