I am satisfied with the work but disappointed in the service and lack of safety with the convoid pandemic I got there at close to opening on 6/17. Was told i needed a new battery and Tony said it wo service and lack of safety with the convoid pandemic I got there at close to opening on 6/17. Was told i needed a new battery and Tony said it would be $180. I decided to look somewhere else to save money and where i found was gonnq be $178 so I decided to go back to Frank Brown because I like having all of my maintenance in one place. Tony then said it would be around $180 and he would get it close to $180. When I checked out my total was $225 but the guy who checked me out took off $20 so I paid $205. This is why dealerships have a bad name. That was one of the shadiest things that has happened to me in a while. I called Tony very angry and he said that my car was done too quickly and he wasn't given the chance to make adjustments. He first said he would make it up by taking care of my next oil change and by the end of the call he said he would discount the difference in the next oil change. So basically he told me two different things again. Shady. I have zero confidence anything would actually happen and this will be taken seriously. Not sure if I can return to a place I don't trust which makes me sad because I really like consistency when I seek services in my personal life. The last car I had i drove for 170,000 miles till it just died and only one place other than Gene Messer touched my car because I was out of town that one time. Now my concern with the safety. Myself and 3 others needed a ride. It we were all to get in the same van, close quarters, masks not required. Even an employee told me that they thought it was unsafe. Not sure if I will return. More

It took 3 trips in 4 days to get what I needed. Serviceman on 06/12/2020 was incredibly disrespectful! I will Never deal w/ him again.
